Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12PM AEDT (Mon–Fri) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- During sale periods, we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may be slightly delayed due to higher order volumes.
Dispatch & Tracking
- All orders ship from our farm on the Northern Rivers warehouse in NSW.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email from auspost with tracking details and an estimated delivery date, plus a notification when your parcel is on board for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays and re-shipment fees.
Australia
We use auspost to select the fastest shipping method for each order, with full tracking via email and text.
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150
- Standard Shipping: $15 (orders under $150)
Estimated Delivery (from dispatch):
- Metropolitan: 1–2 business days
- Regional: 1–4 business days
- Western Australia: 1–5 business days
International
- New Zealand customers get the same Free shipping on orders over $150 and standard postage rates as our Australian Customers. We ship to NZ same day Monday to Friday. Returns are also easy (Please see returns policy for our Kiwi mates)
- Shipping to all other countries outside Australia is calculated at checkout.
- Most orders USA and European orders are shipped via DHL
- Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days.
Duties & Taxes:
USA and European customers may be required to pay duties and taxes determined by local customs authorities USA. These fees are separate from product and shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to us, refunds will exclude any return costs incurred.
