From time to time, you might purchase something that isn’t quite right. We offer a 30-day Return Policy within Australia on products that are unused, unworn, and in saleable condition.

Final Sale

Final Sale Terms and Conditions apply to all styles identified as “FINAL SALE”. Final Sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable, unless faulty. Where faulty, refunds are offered via our standard return process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Return Label:

A return shipping label will be provided once your return is generated online.

If you do not receive your label within 24 hours, please contact us yeehaw@calvert-supply.com


Shipping Method:

Please ensure that your return is initiated by contacting us and you will receive relevant shipping updates for your return.

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Orders made with AfterPay may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund via our online returns process. 

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined above and we will happily issue a refund so you can order the product in a different size.

 

REFUNDING E-GIFT CARDS

For item(s) paid by both E-gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your E-Gift Card as store credit.


WARRANTY RETURNS

Calvert Supply is committed to providing you with quality products and stand by them. In the unlikely event that you believe your item to be faulty you should endeavour to return your item.

If the item was purchased from an authorised Calvert Supply retailer in Australia please contact this retailer with your proof of purchase and they will action the warranty/repair request on your behalf.
