Calvert Supply is proudly designed by our small, dedicated team in Northern NSW, Australia. We source our denim and apparel from trusted partners around the world, working only with reputable mills and manufacturers. Quality is at the core of what we do — we follow some of the highest ethical and compliance standards globally to ensure you get gear that’s built to last.
We’ve made it simple to nail your perfect fit. Check out our Size Guide in our product descriptions to find the style and fit that works best for you. Keep in mind, each style may fit slightly differently thanks to the unique characteristics of our fabrics. We often post instagram stories showing how our clothes fit on different body types.
For the best results and longest life out of your gear, follow the steps in our Care Guide. It covers everything you need to know to keep your Calvert Supply products looking sharp and working hard for years to come.
You can check Size Guide on each product page for detailed instructions for what size we recommend you buy for you body measurements. For Calvert Supply denim, we recommend buying true to size though if you’re taller and want a longer leg, consider going up a size. For fashion items, refer to the size chart on the product page to find your best fit.
Orders

Our Customer Service team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST) and aims to respond within 24 hours.
As soon as you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Get in touch with us and we’ll confirm your order.
Once your order’s on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If you haven’t received it within 2–3 business days, get in touch with us and we’ll follow it up.
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, giving you a reliable, fully trackable service. Orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days, with a little extra time needed for remote areas like WA, Far North QLD, and the NT.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or remove items. If you need to swap something after your order arrives, you can return it in line with our Returns Policy.
Order cancellations depend on whether your order has already been processed or dispatched. If you need to cancel, email us at yeehaw@calvert-supply.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes we ship overseas but no free postage applies to orders at this stage. Currently Australia Post has suspended all posting to the USA. We will update you when this changes.
If your order hasn’t turned up within the expected delivery time, contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form or email yeehaw@calvert-supply.com. We’ll get in touch with Australia Post to track it down and update you as quickly as possible.
If your address isn’t recognised at checkout, it may not be registered with Australia Post. Give them a call on 137 678 to have it added. Allow about 30 minutes for it to update, then clear your browser’s cache and history before trying again.
Express Shipping
Please use Auspost website and enter tracking number
Check your tracking first. If you’re still concerned, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days and we’ll follow up with Australia Post for you.
Yes - all products can be sent express for a flat $15 fee.
Our deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home, Australia Post will take your order to a nearby post office for collection. You can authorise a Safe Drop through your tracking link, but make sure you understand the terms and conditions before choosing this option.
E-Gift Cards
- Using Calvert Supply E-Gift Card couldn’t be easier, you simply enter your E-Gift Card number in the payment section provided at the checkout when you are ready to make your purchase.
- Upon receiving Calvert Supply E-Gift Card via email you will be presented with an E-gift card number that can be redeemed online.
- If the items purchased total less than the E-Gift Card amount, the remaining funds will remain on the E-Gift Card to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the E-Gift Card amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.
- Gift Cards take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your preferred email address.
- Items bought using E-Gift Cards can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the E-Gift Card will be refunded and a new E-Gift Card will be issued or funds allocated to your existing E-Gift Card applied.
To apply your Gift Card, please follow these simple steps:
- Proceed to the checkout page.
- When you reach the payment section, you will be prompted to enter your Gift Card number and Pin.
- Enter both in their designated field to redeem your balance.
